This patented system allows for flexible PVC graphics to be stretched onto rigid sided vehicles. It shows significant advantages over the use of s/a vinyl graphics:
  • The frame and graphic can be reused.
  • It is simple to remove and change graphics without the complication of having to remove and reapply s/a products.
  • You do not have to spend time and money preparing the surface of the vehicle, the material simply stretches over the skin of the vehicle.
  • No special tooling or skill is required for fitting and stretching of the skin.

    • Open graphic and measure accurately, fit base section onto vehicle.
    Select correct groove for tensioning graphic to fit size of frame:
    Soften cut edges with file and thread top of graphic into top section:
    Lift graphic onto vehicle:
    Fit top section into base section:
    Fix in place using grub screws:
    Unroll graphic:
    Fit top sections to other 3 sides;
    Clip in sides and base, ensuring correct groove has been selected:
    Corners should all match to ensure ease of fitting:
    Tension each section 'till creases go, do not overtension:
    Fix all using grub screws:
    Fit corners if required or use mitered corners as shown:
