We are able to handle all files but in order to provide you with the most economic service would ask you to refer to the details below for further information. In order to ensure work is carried out quickly and economically we have prepared some guidelines to help you. General Guidlines: - Fonts: Fonts must be supplied for all documents as well as those used in supporting imported or placed files. NB: Mac fonts are comprised of a printer font and a screen font, both of these are essential.
- Text to outlines: Where possible all text should be converted to curves, this prevents your type face being replaced with a similar one.
- Clips & chokes: We will automatically do this for you.
- Cutter guides: When an image is form cut a clearly marked cutter guide should be supplied.
- Scans: Scanned images should be supplied as separate files, saved in EPS or TIFF format. If we are not supplied with a high quality print of the scanned image, such as a Chromalin or Matchprint, then we would produce an IRIS proof for your approval.
- Resolution: Scanning resolution is relative to the final screen ruling. When a scan is at actual finished size, the scan image resolution (DPI) should be at least 1.5 times the final screen ruling. for further details email:

- Printouts: Always supply printouts of the job with your files. These should be clearly marked up for colour, split, cutter guides etc. Where files are transferred electronically, please fax or post the printout.
- Colours: Special colours must be clearly indicated and accompanied with apprpriate Pantone Reference Numbers.
- Media: Finished files can be accepted on the following recording media:

- Software compatibility:
- Due to numerous software packages available for artwork creation, we are unable to support them all. If you are using software that is not listed in our compatibility list below, please export your files to an EPS format.

When using an IBM compatible computer, files should have the text converted to curves and contain a MAC preview or be exported in a format that can be read by one of the items in the compatibility list, e.g. it is possible to export Adobe Illustrator from within CorelDraw.
