Expedio
The installation of 2 Expedio 5 metre wide printing machines more than doubles Gardners roll to roll Extra Large printing capacity. The machines use UV printing technology and are capable of printing 720 dpi resolution at speeds of up to 150 squares metres per hour. Soon to receive Europe's first upgrade to run at 250 square metres per hour. The machines have been adapted for Gardners specialised needs and are now capable of printing and finishing most substrates including rigid and flexible PVC, textiles and paper5 million Dotrix print and finishing line now featuring 3 steps to high speed digital print of the highest quality.
Tempo Flatbed
Gardners entry into digital flat bed printing has been by the acquisition of 2 Tempo machines. These versatile machines can print on substrates up to 40mm thick with a maximum size of 2.2 metres x 3.18 metres. They are also able to print roll to roll, with a width of 2 metres. Current speed is up to 80 metres per hour at a resolution of 720 dpi.
Inca Columbia Turbo
The installation of the Inca Turbo now means that Gardners are able to offer multiple solutions within the flat bed market. The Turbo is currently the fastest bed machine available achieving speeds in excess of 160 square metres per hour at 800 dpi. Capable of printing up to 50mm thick materials we now have the largest flat bed printing capacity in our market.
Zund
The Zund XL5000 CNC cutting and creasing machine is capable of cutting up to 3 metres x 2 metres sheets of rigid and flexible material. The speed of the machine allows for continuous finishing of materials from the flat bed machines. The Zunds versatility means that not only can it cut and crease cardboard but also router hard materials such as acrylic and aluminium.
